Here is a flavour of the type of Workshops on offer that are different from the conventional and are customised to suit the current situation and context:
- People management from basic to advanced
- Psychological profiling
- Emotional intelligence
- Working with behaviours
- Appraisal skills
- Coaching & mentoring skills
- Performance management
- Team building & working
- Relationships in the workplace
- ILM management and team workshops to Level 5
All these workshops have a strong emphasis on relationships, behaviours and what informs them. They are conducted in a relaxed, safe environment where attendees are free to explore behaviours in themselves and the people they interact with and then, make choices about how best to handle situations.
My approach is down to earth, straight talking and fun! All workshops and other interventions are highly interactive. I never ask workshop attendees to do anything that makes them feel uncomfortable in front of their colleagues but they will stretch and challenge.
The workshops can also be co-presented with a trusted colleague to add more depth, especially to situations where groups of people need particular support with change and adapting to meet new challenging workplace environments.
All workshops are customised from a basic structure to suit the needs of the client. Ergo, first thing is you being consulted, in order to tailor the workshop to your needs.

Consultancy & individual work form a major part of the work offered. Businesses view consultants in different ways, not all complimentary. I see the work as working alongside the client to provide support in the form of procedures or interventions that bring about lasting change in a way that suits that business.
Most problems in business come about through people, certainly most of the time-consuming sort. By working with leaders and managers and their challenges, individualised solutions are arrived at that suit the situation and context. This partly explains why ‘one-size-fits-all’ approaches don’t work. I believe that it is vital to understand the level of thinking and culture that created the situation in the first place. My approach does just that.
This is informed by practical life experience, making lots of mistakes myself and having the theory and expertise to back it up.
If you really want to explore why things in your life are like they are, you might like to consider the idea of psychotherapy sessions. (See ‘In-depth people work’ above)
I only work with clients whose needs match my unique approach.
